ug1212 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed instantly and reflect in your Account balance within seconds. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply based on your payment method and Account status. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be imposed as part of our responsible gaming measures. You may request withdrawal of your Account balance to any verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This standard industry practice prevents money laundering through the Platform. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the respective bonus terms.

All bets placed on ug1212 are binding and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction), ug1212 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant sports league, casino game provider, or lottery authority.

Specific rules apply to different bet types including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator bets), voor bola (handicap betting), over/under totals, and live in-play betting. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically void and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise. For live betting, we reserve the right to suspend markets, change odds, or reject bets if circumstances require.
All casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live dealer games, operate according to their published rules and Return to Player (RTP) rates. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment in real-time. We do not control or manipulate game outcomes. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, connection interruptions, or technical malfunctions. Any bets placed during a period of technical malfunction may be void at our discretion.
ug1212 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and sports data feeds. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by banking systems or payment providers are outside our control. Game outcomes determined by third-party providers are final and binding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ug1212's total liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the three months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ug1212, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We will process your final withdrawal according to standard procedures. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened unless you contact support and complete a new verification process. If you wish to stop gambling temporarily without closing your Account, we recommend using our self-exclusion feature available under Responsible Gaming tools.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or if we suspect fraudulent behavior. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be forfeited if the closure results from terms violations. If closure is unrelated to violations, your balance will be returned after deducting any applicable charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts. This fee will be deducted from your Account balance until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in. We will attempt to notify you via email before charging maintenance fees.
In the unfortunate event of a Player's death, the legal representative of the deceased's estate must contact ug1212 with proof of death and legal authority to claim any remaining funds. We will verify the documentation and process the claim according to applicable legal requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ug1212 operates. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authorities and courts.
If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact ug1212 customer support. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team. We encourage all disputes to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
You must notify us of any dispute or claim within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Any claim not submitted within this timeframe will be deemed waived and cannot be pursued. This limitation ensures that disputes are addressed while evidence and records are current and accurate.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ug1212.
